German as a foreign language

Our language programme promotes multilingualism as a valuable skill and helps children experience language as a bridge between cultures.

German lessons take place once a week in all groups, with additional small-group sessions twice a week for preschoolers led by the German as a Foreign Language coordinator. Learning happens through play, movement, and all the senses – with songs, games, and stories.

Our educators are trained in teaching German as a foreign and second language and respond to each child’s individual needs. Close collaboration with the primary school ensures a smooth and confident transition to the next stage of learning.
