To mark its 50th anniversary in 2019, the German School Nairobi successfully took part in a competition organized by the German Federal Foreign Office and the Central Agency for Schools Abroad. The project, titled “Remembering for the Present – How We Became Who We Are,” focuses on exploring and presenting the school’s history.
Twelve dedicated students from grades 9 to 12 formed a working group to develop a concept and bring the story of the Michael Grzimek School to life.
To make their findings accessible to a wider audience and preserve them for the future, the students decided to create a dedicated website.
The result speaks for itself! Discover the story of our school at www.geschichte.germanschool.co.ke
