School Association & Board

The School Association of the German School Nairobi was founded in 1964 and serves as the governing body of the school.
It ensures that high-quality German-language education is provided in Nairobi, leading to internationally recognized qualifications.

All parents automatically become members of the Association and actively contribute to the school’s development especially by electing the School Board during the biannual membership meetings.

The Board carries the legal and strategic responsibility, making key decisions on financial and staffing matters and working closely with the school management to shape the future of DSN.
Together, they help the German School Nairobi remain a vibrant place of learning, responsibility, and community.
